Invite the people to the table and feed them, and continue feeding them, give them more things to taste because the time is short and in this way you share the best part of you as you put the best things you could cook on the table. Everywhere I went and met Romanians the story is the same, tables full of food, sometimes too much. If you don't eat you feel bad by rejecting, if you eat too much you end up not feeling well, is a vicious circle. Somehow the food is the pretext but in the same time reward and escape, if you cannot express yourself fully because as a nation we are shy and cannot fully express our thoughts, we let the food speak. Then together with the drinks, small step at the time the soul opens, you are full therefor you should be satisfied. Being the host you have to impress the guests, hit them with all you've got.
